Healthy Eating Information Session

We will have an investing in health officer from ABC Council Community Development Team joining us on the 6^TH of March 2025 where we will hold a session on ‘Healthy Eating.’

In this session we will use the Eatwell Guide to show the different types of food and drinks we should consume and in what proportion.

There will be some free items that can help us measure our food out and information guides that our families can take away.
