Time for Me

Time for Me is an opportunity for parents and carers to come together to enjoy a well-earned break from busy family life.

It’s a friendly and relaxed session where you are encouraged to take some time out for yourself.

Each session is different and can include getting creative with new crafting skills, enjoying some pampering, exploring new relaxation techniques or getting active with outdoor activities.
