Postnatal yoga involves gentle core-based exercises and poses to develop awareness and strength of the body after birth. Suitable for mums 6 weeks post birth.
With physio led classes, we discuss the pelvic floor and ways to improve strength and tone, as well as focused awareness on posture during the postnatal period.
The class will end with a guided relaxation, which is much loved and needed by mums.
