It might look like just child’s play, but your children are hard at work learning important physical skills as they gain muscle control, balance and coordination.
Physical activity is a key ingredient in a healthy lifestyle and is an essential part of maintaining good health and well being for adults and children. It contributes to healthy growth, development and weight management.
Mr Rumbles programme invites children to learn new physical skills such as jumping, skipping, running, passing and catching in a fun and friendly environment. Children will also join in action songs with our Mr Rumbles puppet.
Let’s get physical – Mr Rumbles would like you to join him in lots of exercises and movement activities. We will be practising balance, jumping, skipping and lots more. This programme is 4 weeks and aimed for children aged 2-4 years.
