Aqua-natal Yoga

Our Aqua Natal Yoga sessisons are for pregnant mothers from 14 weeks up to birth.

During your sessions in the water, you will experience a soothing and relaxing environment which will help you prepare for birth and especially for waterbirth.

Aqua Natal Yoga will allow you to increase your fitness, the water will encourage bonding with your babies and helps increase positive maternal emotions both during pregnancy and after birth in the postnatal period.
