Come along and join our exciting new programme, Antenatal Pilates.

This programme is a great way to support your body with the changes it undergoes during pregnancy. It helps with mobility & strengthens the pelvic floor muscles. You will also learn some breathing & relaxation techniques that will help prepare the body for a smooth labour and birth.
