Take some time for yourself with Adult Wellbeing on the Water.
These sessions are for adults only and offer a chance to focus on your own wellbeing in a calm outdoor setting at South Lakes. The programme is designed to give adults space to relax, reset and enjoy time away from the usual day-to-day routine.
It is a gentle wellbeing programme where you can spend time outdoors, try something different and connect with others in a supportive environment.

What is Sure Start?
Sure Start is a government-funded programme supporting families with children from pregnancy to age 4. We offer play sessions, parenting support, health services and family support, all designed to give your child the best possible start in life.
Who can use Splash Sure Start?
Families with children aged 0-4 living in eligible areas of Craigavon, including Brownlow, Drumgor, Taghnevan, Legahory and surrounding wards. Not sure if you're eligible? Apply to a programme and we will be able to tell you ASAP
Do I need to pay for anything?
No all our services are completely funded by the Department of Education to support local families
Can I come if I'm pregnant?
Absolutely! Our Bump to Baby programme is specifically for expectant parents, and you're welcome at many of our sessions before baby arrives.
Where are you based?
We're on the first floor of the Legahory Centre, Craigavon, BT65 5BE. There's free parking and the building is fully accessible.
How do I register?
